EMPLOYABILITY
The College has established Placement Cell, a Professor as In-Charge Officer. The Placement has developed very strong backward and forward linkages with all stake holders. The Placement Cell will send an Introductory Letter to all Stake holders describing about the Strengths and Skills of the students of the College and invite them to interact and discuss with the students as Preliminary step towards employment of the students of the College. The stake holders will make an official proceeding and communicate with Placement Cell explaining about their specific requirements of the students and the job chart of the position. Accordingly, students are informed, and the interested students are trained for the purpose. The Placement Cell conducts regular soft skills training programmes along with language trainings.
The Placement Cell has all the infrastructural facilities for comforting the visiting stake holders, interview table and chairs, air-conditioned room etc., and the Placement Cell has very strong communication system with the students, and is the main reason that the students of the college are very successful in getting the employment.
The employability of the students is 100%, and the Placement Cell also developed feedback system for recording the views, opinions and experience of the Employer with the students of the College, for review of complaints, if any.
